Whole Brain Method provides a comprehensive approach for education. Experts recommend miscellenaous support, special training and many different treatments in diversified fields for students whose academic success remains under their potential, students with attention deficit, hyperactivity, dyslexia, dyscalculia, wunderkind and learning disability diagnosis. While psychology and special training are the primary support fields that the experts recommend as a basis, these fields contain many sub-headings in itself and these sub-headings must be shaped in accordance with the student’s special needs. Whereas it is not possible for the sub-headings of these fields to be shaped without providing a detailed examination, parents and the students try to set their direction and proceed on their way with short expert visits. Experts recommend sessions to these students on the fields of art, neuroscience, sociology, occupational therapy, along with the two support fields; psychology and special training. Whole Brain Thinking; Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, wunderkind, learning disability and dyslexia educational programs. Attention deficit hyperactivity, learning disability, dyslexia brain training.
Experts recommend sessions to these students on the fields of art, neuroscience, sociology, occupational therapy along with the two support fields; psychology and special training. Once again, these fields must also be shaped and detailed in accordance with the student’s special condition and needs. Nevertheless, all the trainings and sessions that will be perfomed in all of these fields must generally be done simultaneously and the presence of expert surveys during the implementation of these trainings and sessions are of vital importance. This is because expert surveys in the meantime gives an opportunity for a detailed analysis of the student. Through analysis, more explicit data is acquired regarding the factors that enable the development of the individual. With educators and practiticioners passing these data on to each other, all the fields become more effective and the efficiecy of each one increases more rapidly. Data acquired from the surveys must be put into practice, transformed into forms that would be beneficial and planned for the data density and the flow rate of the data to be increased. In order to make this available, training directors are necessarily needed along with the psychologists taking an active role in the training and practice sphere. Mentioned holistic approach can be identified as a brief summary of the Whole Brain Method. Whole Brain Method has programmed the holistic approach at the maximum level with 13 different modules in its content and a report is created after determining which of the 13 modules the student needs to what degree and density after the first analysis phase. Student’s plan is prepared and the training / practice phase starts. However, as stated previously, in the holistic approach, surveys in the process of training / practice and the data collected by continual analysis are included to the Whole Brain Method with being transformed into forms that would be beneficial by the Whole Brain Practiticioner experts. Whole Brain practiticioners are responsible for making it available to put the students through a process that will contain all the fields with 13 modules, elaborate each of the fields, specialize the student’s needs and to monitor the training and practices simultaneously. Student’s family, administrators and teachers at the school he/she attends and Whole Brain practitioners taking a part in the process as integrated provides a basis for the success of the method. Whole Brain practitioners carry a huge responsibility while this integration included in the content of the 2 modules within Whole Brain Method is ensured.
The method that can be considered as cause celebre having focused on Attention Deficit, Hyperactivity, Learning Disability, Wunderkind, Dyslexia, Linguistics and Acoustics and Academic Success with holistic methods, advances by establishing connections with neuroscience, psychology, art, sociology, education and pedagogy fields while producing brain development programs in its underlying holistic approach. While advancing in the method and education field, it provides development in processes between the range of 4-7 weeks again by examining integrally the visual, aural and affective learning methods and the cognitive, metacognitive learning strategies.
The Whole Brain Method modules that contain practice sessions are implemented in thousands of schools and offices throughout the world. The academic cooperation of the Whole Brain Method is maintained in universally accepted universities for the related fields within proven methods and sources. The key factor behind the high level of success of the Innovative method which contains 13 different modules in which the majority of it must be implemented simultaneously and that unravels the potential of the students is adopting a holistic approach to the field by monitoring the modules all together. Whole Brain Method modules that contain brain neuroplasticity based practice sessions are implemented in thousands of schools and offices throughout the world.
The program produces a positive result after a 4-7 week period and the continuation of the program is also provided within our constitution.
Within the scope of the Whole Brain Method which contains 13 different modules, participants are subjected to a process that also includes occupational therapy in the modules. Occupational therapy is a field that needs to be approached with a broad perspective and thus occupational therapy must be considered when the education process is being completely planned. Different modules being able to be applied as integrated simultaneously, being able to keep the observation fields of the specified experts wide by this way and these experts working coordinately with close contact is of great importance.
Operational logic of the method can be summarized as such: Progress in the student is spotted in certain aspects in cases where even if only one variable in the student’s life that causes distress can be reversed into positive. If you reverse many variables in student’s life into positive, naturally a great and notable progress will be spotted in the student. If, the family and the school proceeds integratedly when most of the variables are reversed into positive with the 13 modules within the Whole Brain Method, desired permanent progress of the student will be seen.
The Process within the “Whole Brain Method” consisting of 13 Modules, actualizes respectively as, Analysis, Module Selection, Implementation and Training Phases.
1 – Analysis:
Is the section where the neuropsychologists, psychologists, therapists, experts and special trainers, certified pedagogue and academically certified artists, linguist and experts specialized in acoustics are included. Required examinations and analyses are performed in the process that starts with the evaluation interviews conducted and tests particular to Whole Brain Method are applied to the individual. A comprehensive report is prepared and provided after the analyses. Student’s story will necessarily be listened from the parents in the analyses applied for the students.
2 – Module Selection:
The ones determined from the 13 modules that consists of diversified practices and trainings are selected in accordance with the performed analysis for the individual to come to a complete and permanent result. The key factor behind the high success rate of the Whole Brain Method is the holistic approach that shows its efficiency with the application of the modules all together and for the most part simultaneously. In result of the analysis, issues regarding which of the modules will be applied in which order and with what density and which of the modules will be applied simultaneously is decided.
